Shipping: All shipping is currently free Standard Ground Shipping. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days of transit time after the order has been processed. Products may ship with fedex, ups, or other carrier services and shipping times can vary depending on the carrier. If tracking is made available by the carrier then the tracking information will be forwarded to the customer. Please email the tandemstylellc@gmail.com if items have not arrived after the 7 business days.
* Special Order item shipping may not arrive in the standard 3-7 business days and is subject to other extended shipping times of 1 month to 2 months. Please contact us about a special order item and we will do our best to get a more accurate eta on shipping times.
Returns: Tandem Style by Jacob LLC will not accept any returns after 30 days. Please contact tandemstylellc@gmail.com for help with returns. Special order item returns will be assessed a restocking fee or can be declined. Returned items must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition, with all pieces included. All returns are subject to approval by Tandem Style by Jacob LLC. All return shipping is the responsibility of the client - all return shipments must be insured, and any loss/damage claims must be filed by the client. Tandem Style by Jacob LLC will not accept returns on: coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers, and turbocharger kits. When approved for inspection, a return will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly noted on the shipping waybill and packaging. Any incoming shipments without an RMA number will be refused. Items that are approved for return and sent back within 10 days (except special order items) of delivery will not be charged a restocking fee. After 10 days, accepted returns are subject to a fee consisting of 5% of the item cost. A $10 repackaging fee will be applied to any returns without acceptable packaging.

* Seibon products in most cases will require signature for drop off. Inspect before signing paperwork while delivery driver is still present if able. If signed for or delivery was completed without signature and damages are found then return may not be allowed after 48hrs. Please inspect as soon as possible after delivery and reach out to tandemstylellc@gmail.com if any damages or discrepancy is found.
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused and is returned to Tandem Style by Jacob LLC by the carrier, the client will be billed any return shipment fees as well as the cost to resend the shipment. This includes shipments where the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts.
