Shipping: All shipping is currently free Standard Ground Shipping. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days of transit time after the order has been processed. Products may ship with fedex, ups, or other carrier services and shipping times can vary depending on the carrier. Please contact us about a special order item and we will do our best to get a more accurate eta on shipping times. Returns: Tandem Style by Jacob LLC will not accept any returns after 30 days. Please contact tandemstylellc@gmail.com for help with returns. Special order item returns will be assessed a restocking fee or can be declined. Returned items must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition, with all pieces included. All returns are subject to approval by Tandem Style by Jacob LLC. All return shipping is the responsibility of the client - all return shipments must be insured, and any loss/damage claims must be filed by the client. Tandem Style by Jacob LLC will not accept returns on: coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers, and turbocharger kits. When approved for inspection, a return will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly noted on the shipping waybill and packaging. Any incoming shipments without an RMA number will be refused. Items that are approved for return and sent back within 10 days (except special order items) of delivery will not be charged a restocking fee. After 10 days, accepted returns are subject to a fee consisting of 5% of the item cost. A $10 repackaging fee will be applied to any returns without acceptable packaging. *Report damage immediately within 3 days of receipt to tandemstylellc@gmail.com. Please send all pics and information on damages to tandemstylell@gmail.com. * Seibon products in most cases will require signature for drop off. Inspect before signing paperwork while delivery driver is still present if able. If signed for or delivery was completed without signature and damages are found then return may not be allowed after 48hrs. Please inspect as soon as possible after delivery and reach out to tandemstylellc@gmail.com if any damages or discrepancy is found. Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused and is returned to Tandem Style by Jacob LLC by the carrier, the client will be billed any return shipment fees as well as the cost to resend the shipment. This includes shipments where the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts.

Warranty: Tandem Style by Jacob LLC does not offer any warranty on the products it sells. All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. Warranty replacement or Credit for defective merchandise will only be issued once the product is inspected and the claim approved by the manufacturer. If installation was performed warranty may be voided. Off-Road Use Only Products and Emissions Regulation: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by Tandem Style by Jacob LLC are designated Race Only and are solely for competition/off road use limited to racing formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use, including recreational off- road use, may be in violation of local, state, and Federal laws. Tandem Style by Jacob LLC does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products it sells on public roads; that is entirely the responsibility of the consumer. Tandem Style by Jacob LLC tries to make this information available whenever possible, but when in doubt, clients should review the legality of products prior to purchase.

Online Pricing & Description Errors: Our online inventory can change frequently. An item may appear on the site by mistake or the description may contain an error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions or pictures on our site are error-free but will try to limit this occurrence to the best of our abilities. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will return the money. If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect pricing, processing of the order may be delayed until corrected and the customer will be contacted and informed of the error. The customer can at that time choose to cancel the order or continue with order after payment of the corrected price is received. If the order has been shipped prior to resolving, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened and re-sellable condition and we will not bill the customer.
